Stay Notre Dame uses internal web tools to coordinate cleaning work, maintain cleaning and photo records, and prepare vendor billing. These tools are for authorized Stay Notre Dame personnel and contractors only. We collect only operational information needed for those purposes, such as names, cleaning details, notes, submitted photos, and related reservation references. This information is used to operate and document our short-term-rental business. We do not sell personal information. Operational records are stored in Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks Online as applicable. Access is limited to authorized business personnel and service providers supporting these tools. Questions about this policy may be sent to Eric@ericfoust.com.
